How will my order be shipped?
the ships all orders via FedEx SmartPost. All orders will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days from the date your order is placed.

Do you offer express shipping?
Unfortunately, we do not offer express shipping. We use FedEx SmartPost for our orders and the shipping time is 5-10 business days. Please visit our retailers page as we have many retailers that do offer express shipping.

How do I know if my items are in stock?
All items on our website are in stock unless otherwise noted. Any out of stock items will be listed by the indication "Out of Stock".

What is your return policy?
Merchandise can be returned or exchanged only within 30 days if it is unopened and in accordance with our return requirements. You must notify us before attempting to return – unsolicited returns will not be accepted. Please visit our return policy page for complete instructions.

How do I obtain a tracking number for my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Unfortunately, we do not offer gift wrapping.
